Service Description
Throughout the course we will work with different themes, incorporating adapted yoga poses to help stretch & strengthen your changing body & pelvic floor; breathing techniques to nurture calm and intuition during pregnancy, labour and birth; creating and utilising affirmations for bonding, self kindness, strength and trust; connecting with your intuition and trusting your inner wisdom; and a juicy dose of relaxation. All movements and postures are pregnancy safe, and modifications will be offered for your ability and experience. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Classes are suitable for everyone from 12weeks of pregnancy. I teach these classes in blocks/courses so I'm afraid if you miss any classes you cannot carry them over and your block must be used consecutively. However, I am happy for you to send someone in your place if you know anyone that would like to try the class in your absence. I am unable to offer a refund on the full course unless the place is rebooked by another client - in which case I will let you know.
